My startup consultant went out of business mid-engagement. Can you finish my setup?
Yes. We regularly complete engagements others started: licensure applications, Medicare enrollment, accreditation preparation, policy manuals and training. We begin with a free assessment of exactly where your application stands, so you don't pay to redo work that was already done.
How long does it take to start a licensed agency?
It varies by state and service line. Private-duty licensure can move in a few months; Medicare-certified home health or hospice takes longer because accreditation and enrollment are involved. You'll get a realistic, state-specific timeline in the first conversation — not a sales pitch.
Do you help with ACHC, CHAP or Joint Commission accreditation?
All three. Nancy spent nearly ten years as a state and accreditation surveyor and is a certified CHAP consultant with deep ACHC and TJC experience. Policies, mock surveys, and a team that's ready for the real thing.
Do you sell policy & procedure manuals?
Yes — Medicare Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, ALF, Nurse Registry, Care Management, and Florida's Medically Fragile Children training requirements (EN & ES). Every manual includes one hour of consulting so it fits your agency.
